Our recurring SEO engagements generally start at $1,500 per month, and our average engagement sits around $2,000 per month.
The right budget, however, depends on your business, your market and what actually needs to be done to get results.
A higher budget simply makes it possible to execute more each month: more content, more authority, more optimizations and more markets covered.
But not every business needs the same level of investment.
Benchmarks, not packages.
We don’t want to sell you four articles, three backlinks and an audit simply because it fits neatly into a pricing grid.
Here instead is what different levels of engagement can look like.
Yours will be built around your needs.

After looking at your situation, we may recommend a larger engagement, a smaller one or even a one-time intervention.
Why do prices vary?
Our job is to determine where your budget will have the most impact.
- 01
Competition
Gaining visibility in a small local market doesn’t require the same resources as outranking businesses that already invest several thousand dollars a month in SEO.
- 02
Scope
One city, several regions or all of Canada? A few services or thousands of products? The size of the market directly affects the amount of work.
- 03
Your starting point
The technical state of the website, its current content, its history and its authority can dramatically speed up or slow down a campaign.
- 04
The pace you want to reach
More budget simply allows us to do more each month.
In some markets, a relatively light engagement can be enough. In others, you have to produce much more to become competitive.

Frequently asked questions about our SEO pricing
Because two businesses rarely have the same needs.
Competition, the website, the target markets, the number of services and the goals completely change the amount of work required.
Identical packages would be easier for us to manage. But that is not your problem.
We would rather invest more time in the strategy and build an engagement that actually matches your business.
Yes.
Our recurring engagements generally start around $1,500 per month, but not every small business needs a campaign of that size.
In some less competitive markets, a few well-chosen interventions can already go a long way.
That is what we did for Réparation Ordi, for example: new website, local presence, content and initial authority. A huge monthly engagement simply wasn’t necessary.
We don’t take on every small project, but it is always worth explaining your situation to us.
Yes, in some cases.
Most of our clients work with us on a recurring basis, but some projects simply have a specific need: audit, website launch, migration, local SEO, restructuring or technical fixes.
We don’t give a fixed price for these projects. An audit can take an hour on a small website or more than ten hours on a complex platform.
It depends on your strategy.
An engagement can include keyword research, site architecture, content, on-page optimization, internal linking, technical SEO, local SEO, backlinks, guest posts, the development required by the strategy and integration directly on your website.
We don’t automatically split your budget the same way every month.
We use it where it will have the most impact.
When they are part of the strategy, yes — and that is very often the case.
The real question is how much.
Some campaigns mostly need content. Others need more authority or technical work.
We determine what your market needs and adapt production to the available budget.
Some specific initiatives, such as paid press relations campaigns, may be billed separately. We always discuss them beforehand.
Yes.
We don’t want to hand you a 50-page audit and then ask you to find someone able to execute it.
When a change is required by the SEO strategy, our team can generally take care of it directly.
We work on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, React and several other environments.
If a need really falls outside the engagement — for example a redesign requested purely for design reasons, branding or a photo shoot — we let you know.
You are kept informed throughout the campaign.
We present the priorities, send you the content before publication and inform you of the major changes we plan to make.
New content is generally shared in Google Docs so you can comment or request changes before it goes live.
For follow-up, some clients prefer a monthly report. Others want a meeting. Many simply use both.
We adapt to the way you work.
Yes.
You obviously keep access to your own data in Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
We can also give you access to the Semrush project used to track your rankings so you can see how they evolve without waiting for a report.
For GEO campaigns, we can also track your visibility in answer engines and AI platforms.
Most day-to-day exchanges happen by email: content to approve, updates, questions and next actions.
When it is easier to talk it through, we set up a call or a Google Meet.
Depending on the topic, the people working directly on strategy, content, technical work or integration can also take part.
It depends enormously on the market.
In some less competitive local markets, the first movements and even the first leads can come very quickly.
In a highly competitive industry, especially with a new website, it often takes a few months to build enough content, authority and trust.
SEO tends to be slow at first, then to accelerate once the website starts gaining momentum.
We would rather look at your situation before giving you a timeline.
Yes.
The vast majority of our engagements run month to month.
If your priorities change, you can reduce the engagement, take a break or stop it. We generally ask for 30 days’ notice.
And if you leave, everything done on your properties remains yours.
The first payment is made at signing, then the work begins.
Subsequent invoices are sent monthly and are payable upon receipt.
We accept credit and debit cards, Interac e-Transfers and pre-authorized debits, among others.
The currency and applicable taxes are specified directly in your proposal and on your invoices.
There are generally no additional setup fees.
No.
We generally work directly on your existing website.
If its technology, structure or design is truly limiting results, we may recommend certain improvements or a redesign.
But it is not a condition for getting started.
Let’s talk about your budget.
Tell us what you want to achieve and what you are prepared to invest.
We will look at your market and tell you what we would prioritize with that budget — even if the right answer is to start smaller.
