Our dental implant and orthodontic SEO services

Business Profile work, one page per treatment and E-E-A-T content are covered on the page of our SEO agency for dentists. Orthodontics and dental implants are costly treatments that patients compare for a long time. As an SEO agency in Montreal, SEO Montreal™ adds dental implant SEO services and orthodontic pages built around cost, comparisons and professional titles.

01

Orthodontic pages by patient age

We organize orthodontics by patient rather than by appliance: children, teens and adults each get a page, with the braces, clear aligners and retainers that apply to them. Pages for children and teens speak to parents, who make the decision. The adult page answers searches about discretion, treatment time and invisible aligners.

02

The implant journey, from imaging to restoration

We write the dental implant journey the way patients search for it: consultation, imaging, bone grafting when needed, implant placement, then the implant-supported restoration, from a single tooth to a full arch (All-on-4 and same-day implant searches included). Each step links to the page of the dentist or specialist who performs it. The cost section states whether the crown or prosthesis is included, as Quebec’s Code of ethics of dentists requires for laboratory services in a price ad (s. 3.09.07).

03

Guides that compare treatments

We write the decision guides patients read before calling: implant vs bridge, implant vs removable denture, aligners vs braces. These pages compare treatments, not practices, since your regulator may limit comparative claims; Quebec’s Code of ethics of dentists bans comparative advertising outright (s. 3.09.03). Each guide runs as a blog article or a service page and ends with what the consultation will confirm rather than a verdict.

04

Cost, insurance and financing pages

We build an insurance and financing page, because the real cost of braces, aligners or implants comes up at every stage. Coverage depends on where patients live: in Quebec, the RAMQ covers neither orthodontics nor dental implants, and the Canadian Dental Care Plan currently lists orthodontic services as not available. The page tells patients what to check with their insurer and which payment options you accept, without promising reimbursement.

05

Exact titles and multi-specialty teams

We match each dentist’s title word for word in the title tag, the H1, the Business Profile and the structured data, as your provincial or state regulator defines it. For an implant clinic, the team page names each dentist’s credentials and actual specialty, such as oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontics or prosthodontics, where, as in Quebec, implantology is not among the recognized dental specialties.

Everything about orthodontist and dental implant SEO

What orthodontic patients search for

The parent planning a first consultation

Parents type “orthodontist for kids,” “what age for braces” or “how much are braces,” often followed by their neighborhood. We target those keywords with the children’s page, an answer signed by the orthodontist, a short video when you have one and a clear path to booking. On mobile, local SEO can also put the practice in Google Maps for “orthodontist near me” or the name of its city.

The adult comparing aligners and braces

Adults search “Invisalign,” “clear aligners” or “ceramic braces” and compare the treatment time and cost of each option. We give them an aligner page that names the systems your practice offers, plus a page explaining the difference between an orthodontist and a general dentist. They may also ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews, which is the focus of our GEO agency in Montreal.

The patient replacing a tooth

Patients who lost a tooth search “dental implants cost,” “implant vs bridge” or “implant-supported dentures,” often after a referral from their dentist. We connect the cost page, the comparison guide and the page of the surgeon who places the implant.

The patient already in orthodontic treatment

A loose bracket or a wire poking the cheek leads to orthodontic emergency searches, sometimes in the evening. We plan a page, reviewed by the orthodontist, that explains what to do until the appointment, with your hours and how to reach you.

Orthodontic and dental implant SEO competition

On October 22, 2026, a Bing search for “dental implants cost Toronto” showed a generated answer, then price guides from clinics and a cost comparison site. In Montreal, French-language orthodontist searches showed a local map, practice websites and a “best orthodontists” list, while the Invisalign site ranked high for clear aligner prices.

We target the cost, comparison and neighborhood questions your pages can answer. In the local pack, Google reviews and your practice’s reputation also count: we help you get reviews without incentives and keep them out of your advertising where your rules require it. Link building relies on editorial backlinks and guest posts, with no questionable practices, which can strengthen your site’s authority.

How we run SEO for orthodontists

We list your treatments and publishable prices

We start with an SEO audit of the site, then an inventory of the treatments you offer, each provider’s title and the prices you are willing to publish. Keyword research then sizes the volume and competition of each treatment in your area.

We split implant and orthodontic demand

We rank searches by search intent and audience: the parent of a teen and an adult replacing a tooth type different words. We start with the treatment that offers the best return on investment for the practice, then open the next one.

We add reviewed pages to your site

We publish directly in your WordPress, Wix or Webflow site, including on-page SEO, title tags, internal linking, site speed and technical SEO fixes, after review by the provider concerned and your approval in Google Docs. Google Ads management, included in the mandate with no management fee, can bring in consultations while the pages build rankings.

We tie each request to its treatment

We track calls and consultation requests for each treatment, from braces to dental implants, through a monthly report or a meeting, as you prefer. The mandate runs month to month with 30 days’ notice. Everything we build stays yours.

How much does SEO for orthodontists cost?

Orthodontics and dental implants are competitive fields, so a mandate typically starts at $2,000 to $3,000 per month. The price depends on the scope of the work and the competition in your market, not a fixed price grid; larger sites move to a custom mandate. Google Ads management is included with no management fee.

What is SEO for orthodontists?

SEO for orthodontists, also called orthodontic SEO, is the search engine optimization work that aims to make a practice’s website and Business Profile appear when a patient searches for orthodontic treatment or a dental implant. It differs from general dental SEO because patients weigh the price longer before they decide, and specialist titles are regulated.

Orthodontist and dental implant SEO FAQ

It depends on your regulator. In Quebec, section 3.09.07 of the Code of ethics of dentists allows an exceptional price on aligners or implants along with the regular price, with its end date and in characters of the same size. The regular price must stay in effect for at least 90 days after it was last published (s. 3.09.08). We prepare price pages for each treatment with your rules in mind, but publishing a price is the dentist’s decision.

Your provincial or state regulator decides. In Quebec, it is a dentist who holds a specialist certificate in orthodontics, according to the Ordre des dentistes du Québec, whatever share of their practice is devoted to orthodontics. We check each dentist’s title before writing the title tag, the H1, the Business Profile and the team page, and the dentist approves the text.

Yes, if your practice really offers Invisalign or another aligner system, since some patients search for the brand rather than “clear aligners.” The page describes the treatment first, then names the system without promoting it: in Quebec, section 4.02.01 (r) of the Code of ethics of dentists bars advertising the promotion or sale of products in a dentist’s name. A provider tier granted by a brand appears only if you can substantiate it on request (s. 3.09.02).

By describing your orthodontic follow-up instead of comparing. A Québec Science article posted by the Ordre des dentistes du Québec describes aligners received by mail after patients send in dental impressions, without ever meeting a dentist or an orthodontist. Your clear aligner page explains what your consultation, treatment plan and check-up appointments include. It avoids comparing your practice with any named company, as a precaution given rules on comparative advertising such as Quebec’s.

By treatment step, since a dental implant often involves several professionals. The team page links each provider to the steps they perform: surgery and bone grafting on one side, the crown or implant-supported restoration on the other. Each profile carries the person’s exact title as your regulator defines it, so patients know who operates and who places the crown. The dentist approves each profile before it goes live.

Often, yes. Some orthodontic and implant patients come on the recommendation of a general dentist, who then looks up your practice by name or by specialty. A page for referring dentists explains how to send you a patient, which records help and what follow-up you send back. We link it to the team page and to the appointment request form.

Carefully. Quebec’s Code of ethics of dentists does not mention before-and-after photos, but it bans advertising that is false, misleading, incomplete or liable to mislead (s. 3.09.02), and your own regulator may have specific rules. We publish only real orthodontic and implant cases from the practice, unretouched, with the treatment context, a note that results vary and the patient’s written consent as confirmed by the dentist. Our page on SEO for plastic surgeons applies similar care to galleries.

An estimate, presented as one rather than as a promise. In Quebec, section 4.02.01 of the Code of ethics of dentists lists guaranteeing the effectiveness of a treatment, directly or indirectly, among acts derogatory to the dignity of the profession. The orthodontic treatment page explains what treatment time depends on according to your orthodontist and points to the consultation, where each patient gets an estimate. The same applies to the time between dental implant placement and the final restoration.
